Sculpture

Most of the sculpture I have done is in wood, using found objects as a starting point. Often this means working with natural features of the wood — typically “defects” that add character, or rotten wood, dried and soaked in danish oil to make it hard again.

For this new site, I realise I have rather a lot of work to sort and photograph, so what appears below is the beginning of a selection:
